Cameron King is the REAL deal! I started following him on IG one day after he came up on my feed. I have been stuck for a really long long time in my negative thought patterns. I have been in therapy for over 20 years and still feel like nothing is cracking this thick, hard shell that my brain is encapsulated in. No joke, my negative thought patterns are so strong and inculcated that my life isn't moving forward despite the fact that I consciously want to.
